Military Hero

Ed was nominated by Angela: Captain Ed (Edwin) Bogdanowicz is a supply officer currently stationed at Military Sealift Command in Norfolk. On May 29th, he will celebrate 29 years of service in the Navy! He graduated from Cornell University with a major in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering and was part of the ROTC program. He earned his MBA from the University of Kansas where he met his wife, Angela. One of his favorite tours was here in Norfolk, managing the supply department on the USS Bataan. He was part of their historically-long deployment back in 2011… and he left with the ship just after his daughter was born. When he returned, she was already walking! Captain Bogdanowicz is proud to serve his country.
