Becaise of his leadership traits and amazing work ethic, hes on the fast track to a seccessful career in the navy. He plans to do the full 20 years and has been placed in multiple positions before his time. People can count on him to do his job effectively and with a great attitude. He sacrifices for his family in every way. Making time for each of his children individually he builds special moments and reminds them how much he loves them when hes home. From playing catch to jokes or video games. Maybe simply reading a book. I would describe ferron as an all around all star dad husband and sailor.
