Petty Officer Second Class Hannah Melcher was nominated by her boyfriend Keanu, who had the following to say about her: “Hannah Melchner has been in the U.S. Navy as a corpsman for 6 years now. She is an outstanding selfless person not only as a Sailor but as an individual. She puts Sailors/Marines and friends before herself constantly and Me Keanu and all of her friends believe she needs a shout out. she puts a smile on my face every day along with hdunreds of other sailors in our command all the time. I’m nominating her cause Hannah is a special person not only in my heart but everyone else’s as well.”
