Heroes don’t always wear capes—sometimes they roll up their sleeves.

The 39th Annual Rock and Roll Up Your Sleeve Blood Drive returns Thursday, July 16 through Saturday, July 18, and we’re calling on Hampton Roads heroes to answer the call.

Every donation has the power to save lives, provide hope, and make a real difference for patients in need. Whether you’re a first-time donor or a longtime blood drive veteran, this is your chance to step up and be someone’s hero.

Thursday, July 16
7:30am-5:30pm – Virginia Beach Convention Center
11am-5pm – Patrick Henry Mall

Friday, July 17
11:30am-5:30pm – Lynnhaven Mall
11:30am-5:30pm – Western Branch Community Center

Saturday, July 18
7:30am- 1:30pm – Hampton Roads Convention Center
7:30am-1:30pm – Chesapeake Conference Center

All donors will receive:

  • Rock and Roll up Your Sleeve Blood Drive t-shirt
  • Chick-fil-A (Northampton Blvd.) – a meal vouchers ( valid at any location)
  • Blue Bell Ice Cream – Pint for a Pint for each donor
  • Dunkin’ will be proving donuts for your post-donation snack

All while supplies last.

All donors will also be entered to win:

  • 4 Busch Gardens Williamsburg Tickets
  • 4 Norfolk Tides tickets
  • A Southern Auto Group swag bag (including a free oil change and branded items)
  • $100 Apex Entertainment gift card
