John was nominated by his wife DeAnna: I want to nominate my husband Master Chief / MAster Diver John Emborski because I feel his 30 years of dedicated service to The United States Navy deserves celebration. On August 8, 2014 he will retire leaving a true legacy in the diving community. He has been all over the world, in good places and bad but has always maintained his committment to country while still being an amazing father / step father and host father to our 6 children and (at one time) our exchange student. He personifies the title of MAster Diver and has left his mark on a small but elite group. He bleeds red, white and blue and will always be my hero. I receintly "proposed" to my husband and presented him with a custom Master Diver ring which I engraved with "30 Years In The Sea...The Next 30 Top-Side With Me"...he said "YES"! Help me celebrate the end of service for this amazing man and his 30 years of dedication to our country.
