Military Hero

Steve was nominated by Labecka Madrigal, Steve is one of the most caring, compassionate people I have ever met. He has served in both the Navy (4 years) and Coast Guard (22 years). He is retired from the Coast Guard but still works for them as a Navigation Systems Engineer. He is an advocate for Veterans and attends many charity motorcycle rides to bring attention to American Veterans. Steve has been a widower for almost 2 years and has a wonderful daughter attending ECU. He has been my rock for over a year now and is very deserving of being the Hero of the Week.
