My hero is my husband jake. He is the most incredible person I have ever met not only because he has been my best friend since we were two years old but because he has such an amazing heart. We got married young and he joined the navy to serve our country and to ensure that we could start our lives off on the right foot. He has sacrificed so much for us and for his country and not complained once he always has a positive attitude no matter what circumstance you throw at him and he has the most amazing work ethic. He just returned home from a 7 month deployment where he earned a NAM and received Blue Jacket Sailor of the Year and his esws within his first year of service. I am so blessed to call him my husband and will be thankful for everything he does for me and our country everyday. He is going to make such an incredible father some day and truly someone that I am so thankful for that my children will get to learn and grow from! He will always and forever be my hero!
