The Mustang Club of Tidewater is holding their second Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Hampton Roads Official Toy Collection Day and Mustang Club of Tidewater All Makes and Models Car Show!! This show is to support the Toys for Tots Hampton Roads program as they ramp up for Christmas, 2025. The car show is open to the public, so bring your favorite car, truck, or bike/trike and your donations of new, unwrapped toys for boys and girls in the Hampton Roads area. Toys for Tots Toy Collection from 9:00am until 2:30 pm. Car Show from 10:00a.m until 3:00p.m.
Details
This is a Participant’s Choice show. All registered entrants will be provided with voting slips to record their top 25 vehicle choices. Spectators will receive a judging slip to pick their favorite vehicle. Awards will be made as follows:
- Best in Show
- Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Hampton Roads Choice
- Most Toys Donated by Group/Club participating in the Car Show
- Most Toys Donated by an Individual participating in the Car Show
- Top 25 Participant Choices based on Participant voting
- Top Spectator Choice based on Spectator voting
Schedule:
0800: Set up show lot, toy donation collection points, and vendor displays. No show vehicles will be admitted prior to 0830 (except for MCT and TFT members working the show)
0900: Registration desk opens for the show. Toy collection begins for car show participants, show spectators, and the public wishing to make toy donations.
1000: Car show officially starts. Participant and Spectator Judging begins.
1030: Driver meeting with info on show, vendors and other pertinent information.
1200: National Anthem is played. All military vets and members recognized.
1300: Car Show Registration Ends. Toy collection continues until 1430.
1330: Car Show Judging Ends. Please have your judging slips turned in by this time.
1430: Toys for Tots Toy Collection Ends. Award Presentations Begin, 50/50 Drawing Held.
1500: Car Show Ends. Please depart in a safe and orderly manner.
