Tommy Lee hit with lawsuit over alleged assault
Rocker Tommy Lee has been hit with a civil lawsuit after allegedly assaulting a Florida photographer last year.
Freddy Hernandez claims he snapped a picture of the Motley Crue drummer while he was soaking up the sun in Palm Beach on July 7, when Lee lunged at his camera.
The paparazzo alleges he suffered multiple injuries as a result, and on Feb. 22 he filed legal papers at The Circuit Court Of The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit seeking unspecified damages, according to PRWeb.com.
