My husband is approaching the end of a 26 year career in the military. He spent 6 years in the Army where he was in the 82nd Airborne and served is Desert Storm, Desert Shield and Panama where he earned a Purple Heart. He then joined the Navy and has risen the the rank of Chief and has been on 6 deployments in support of the war on terror since 9/11. I am extremely proud of his dedication to this country and the freedom he holds so dear. He will be retiring in August and starting his next journey of building our home.
