Things are heating up! Scandals Bar in VA Beach will be hosting our 4th preliminary round for the 2013 Miss CE ECSC pageant. And if you know how these guys throw their parties, they surely will not disappoint. Just as the last two rounds we will have FM99 Rock Girl Gina and the rest of the FM99 crew in attendance with some giveaways and the top 30 contestants for the 2013 Rock Girl. International Bikini Team – Model Search Events & Promotions will be in the house with Michele hosting the evening. Make sure to get out and show your support.
