Athlete of the Week

FM99/Sonic High School Athlete of the Week

Congratulations to Rylee Haga of Kecoughtan High School. Rylee was nominated by her father, Ed.

She has made first district selections for both sports in her Freshman/Sophomore years, now in her Juior year of HS. She had her hand broken over the summer playing in the Va. Bch International Sand Soccer Tournament and wanted to participate in training for the fall season of Field Hockey so bad she wanted to cut her cast off to participate. Everyone loves Ry, what’s there not to love!!

FM99 and Sonic are proud of the high school athletes in Hampton Roads and we want to recognize some of the very best!

Do you know a local high school athlete who made an outstanding play or consistently plays well on their team?

Nominate them by filling out the form on the right of this page, or by emailing your entry to
