WNOR Styx Text Contest 2014

How to enter and participate
Entrants must text 99CLUB to 77000 by 10am on 2/28/14. This enters the entrant into WNOR’s texting database where entrant consents to receive marketing messages from WNOR. On 2/28/14 just after 10am, WNOR will send a text to the 99CLUB database inviting listeners to text a keyword back to 77000 by 12:00pm on 2/28/14. Just after 12:00pm, a WNOR staffer will randomly select a winner from that keyword’s database. Winner will be notified by phone.

The extent, nature and value of the prizes
A pair of gold circle tickets to Styx/Foreigner/Don Felder at Farm Bureau Live at Virginia Beach on 6/1/14. Ticket value is TBD as prices have not been released yet.

Basis for valuation of the prizes
Ticket value will be based upon prices listed on ticketmaster.com

Time and means of selection of winner (and/or tie breaking procedures)

Eligibility restrictions
WNOR contests are open to all eligible residents who live or work within 75 miles from our offices who are 18 or older have not won anything on WNOR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WNOR, Tidewater Communications,. LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WAFX main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

When prizes can be awarded.
Tickets will be awarded on 6/1/14.
