WNOR will begin to award Christmas Wishes on 11/25/13. Letter review is an ongoing process, so wishes may be granted any time between 11/25/13 and 12/18/13.

The wishes will be awarded at the sole discretion of management of WNOR, on the basis of compatibility of station programming, need of recipient, and the expressions of Christmas spirit. After awarding a wish, WNOR may require recipient to provide WNOR with documentation that supports their application. All parties (entrants and families being nominated) must live in Hampton Roads or northeast North Carolina and live or work within 75 miles of the station. They must be 18 or older who have not won anything on WNOR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner.
