What Would You Kiss Contest Rules

Starting 7/29/13 at 12:00am and going through 8/8/13 at 11:59pm, entrants will go to FM99.com, fill out the registration form, and tell us what item they would be willing to kiss for a chance to win KISS tickets. One entry per person. On 8/9/13, a WNOR staffer will review all received registration forms. The 5 finalists chosen by a WNOR staffer to kiss their item will be chosen based upon the following criteria:

• They meet station eligibility requirements
• The item is not illegal such as illegal drugs, fireworks, illegal weapons, etc.
• The item is not an inappropriate body part
• The item cannot harm anyone, such as chemicals, fire, or a poisonous animal, bug, insect, etc.
• The item is not a WNOR staff member or Rock Girl contestant

In the event of a tie, a random drawing will conducted amongst the tied entrants to determine the 5 finalists. The staffer’s decision is final. Once the 5 entrants have been chosen they will be contacted by telephone and asked to come to the station on 8/12/13 at 7:30 a.m., to actually kiss their item. Each finalist must provide the item they have volunteered to kiss.

After each finalist has kissed their item, one finalist will be randomly chosen to win 2 tickets to KISS at Ntelos Pavilion on 8/12/13 and a Meet & Greet” with KISS (exact time of Meet & Greet will be determined by venue). The other 4 finalists will win 2 tickets to KISS at Ntelos Pavilion on 8/12/13. Tickets are valued at $84.75 each Per nTelos Pavilion. Finalists will receive their tickets on August 12, 2013.
WNOR contests are open to all eligible Hampton Roads and northeast North Carolina residents 18 or older who have not won anything on WNOR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of (WNOR, Tidewater Communications, LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WNOR main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
