WNOR Hog Wild Summer contest rules 2013

How to enter and participate:
From 5/3/13 through 8/11/13 at 11:59pm, participants must text a contest keyword to 77000 for a chance to become a Harley qualifier. A different keyword will be revealed each week at WNOR event(s) where the Harley-Davidson is on display. These events will be announced on the air and online at FM99.com at least 3 days prior to the event. In the event there is a week with no on site event, the texting keyword for that week will appear on FM99.com from Monday through Sunday of that week. Entrants may enter once per keyword. Entrants may only qualify to win once.

12 entrants per week will be randomly chosen each Monday starting 5/6/13 and ending 8/11/13 Qualifiers will be notified by phone.  These 12 entrants will become Harley qualifiers and will need to be present to win at the finale event on 8/17/13 at 2:30pm at Bayside Harley-Davidson, 2211 Frederick Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23704.

10 additional participants will be qualified on site at the finale at Bayside Harley-Davidson on 8/17/13 from 10:00am to 2:30pm by filling out a registration form. At 2:30pm, 10 entry forms will be randomly chosen as Harley qualifiers.

Entry deadline:
Texting deadline: Each Sunday at 11:59pm from 5/6/13 through 8/11/13.
Registration deadline at finale: 8/17/13 at 2:30pm

When prizes can be won
Prize will be awarded at finale event on 8/17/13. Event time is 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Extent, nature, and value of prize
2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob Hard Candy Custom. (Value:$ 14,189.00) Winner is responsible for paying taxes and all DMV fees.

Basis for valuation of  prize
Value provided by Bayside Harley-Davidson.

Time and means of selection of winner (and/or tie breaking procedures)
12 entrants per week will be randomly chosen each Monday starting 5/6/13 and ending 8/11/13.  These 12 entrants will become Harley qualifiers and will need to be present to win at the finale event on 8/17/13 at 2:30pm at Bayside Harley-Davidson, 2211 Frederick Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23704.

At the finale, listeners will be invited to fill out an entry blank. 10 final qualifiers will be randomly chosen at 2:30pm from all entrants. These qualifiers will be notified immediately and must be present to win.

All entrants will then be put into a random drawing. One name will be drawn by a WNOR staffer. If that entrant is present, he/she will win the Harley. If that entrant is not present, another name will be randomly drawn. This process will continue until an entrant is chosen who is present.

Eligibility Restrictions
WNOR contests are open to all eligible Virginia and North Carolina residents within range of the WNOR signal 21 or older who have not won anything on WNOR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WNOR, Tidewater Communications, LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WNOR main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. When prizes will be awarded
Prize will be available immediately and will be awarded as soon as winner pays taxes and title and completes paperwork.
